Flour Mill Operator

ZAKHIDNYI BUH — an agricultural company whose main activity is the cultivation, storage, and sale of grain, industrial, and fodder crops, invites to work a Flour Mill Operator for the "Mill and Pasta Factory" project.

• Vocational and technical education (optional if there is experience working as a miller). 
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. 
• Knowledge of grain milling technology. 
• Understanding of the operating principles of milling equipment. 
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to work in a team.

• Operation and control of the grain processing on milling equipment. 
• Setting up and monitoring the operation of mills and auxiliary equipment. 
• Performing regular maintenance and repair of equipment. 
• Ensuring compliance with technological processes and product quality standards. 
• Maintaining documentation on production processes. 
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
