Website management of https://zahbug.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is carried out by a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine — Private Enterprise “Zakhidnyi Buh” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company’s administration pays significant attention to the protection of its Users’ personal data. Users of the Website may browse its pages without providing any personal data about themselves. However, in order to register a personal account for an agricultural producer or to review the terms of, or participate in, tenders announced by the Company, we require your contact details.
We kindly ask Website Users to review the information provided below and take into account that the provisions of this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time; therefore, Users should periodically review it.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including but not limited to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, and applies to Users of the Website. It defines the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring protection, and disclosing Users’ personal data.
1.2. This Privacy Policy constitutes an adhesion agreement within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by the Company when a personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) visits web pages accessed via the domain name (address): https://zahbug.com.
1.3. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User also provides consent to the processing of their personal data and confirms that they have been informed about the procedure, purposes, and other conditions of such processing in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1.5. 2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Information about the User, including personal data, is used for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil-law relations, tax relations, and accounting relations, as well as for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
2.2. The purpose of obtaining, storing, processing, and using the User’s Personal Data is to protect both the interests of the User and the interests of the Company, as well as to provide services to the User, including the display of personalized or general information and improvement of service quality during the sale of goods and provision of services via the Website.
2.3. The Company uses personal information collected through the Website for the following purposes:

3. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS
3.1. The personal data subject has the right to:
1) be informed about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, as well as the location or place of residence (stay) of the controller or processor of personal data, or to authorize designated persons to obtain such information on their behalf, except in cases provided for by law;
2) receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
3) access their personal data;
4) receive, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except in cases provided for by law), a response indicating whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5) submit a reasoned request to the controller of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
6) submit a reasoned request for the amendment or destruction of their personal data by any controller or processor of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
7) protection of their personal data against unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage, including protection against intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of such data, as well as protection against the dissemination of inaccurate information or information that damages the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8) lodge complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Authorized Body or with a court;
9) apply legal remedies in the event of violations of personal data protection legislation;
10) make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data at the time consent is granted;
11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) be informed about the mechanisms of automated processing of personal data;
13) protection against automated decision-making that produces legal consequences for them;
14) other rights provided for by applicable law.
4. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
4.1. Information is collected through the voluntary provision of information by Users during registration of a personal account and through automated means.

7. PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING / DELETING INFORMATION
7.1. The User has the right at any time not to provide the Company with personal information or to decide to block the acceptance of cookies. The User may also unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails or submit a request to the Company asking that the Company not share personal information collected via the Website with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Such a request may be submitted by sending an email to the Company’s email address.

10. INFORMATION SECURITY
10.1. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect information about personal data subjects against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data.
10.2. Notwithstanding the full range of information security measures implemented by the Company, the User acknowledges that the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet cannot be fully guaranteed. In the event that third parties gain access to such data outside the scope of the technical communication systems controlled by the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by such access.
11. ADDITIONAL TERMS
11.1. If any provision of this Privacy Policy, including any sentence, clause, or part thereof, is found to be contrary to law or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions that do not contradict the law; such remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed amended and corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability, without requiring any further actions by the Parties.
11.2. This Privacy Policy shall apply to the User from the moment the User, while using the Website, consents to the terms of this Privacy Policy by providing their Personal Data, and shall remain in effect for as long as any information about the User, including personal data, is stored on the Website.
11.3. The laws of Ukraine shall govern the relations between the Company and the User. Each party fully agrees that the competent courts of Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
