To resolve issues, you need to contact the department at the location of the land plot:

• by phone to our specialists;
• in person during reception days at the department;
• in person during reception days at the location of the land plot.

In monetary form: by postal order or to a card account.
In kind: with wheat grain or products at market prices valid at the time of issue.

Monetary form Payments are made in the period from July to September in one of the following ways:
To a bank card: transfer using the details you provided.
By postal order: to your postal address.

In-kind form (products) Estimated distribution periods:
Grain: September — October.
Sugar: April — June.

To receive rent payment in products, please follow the information on the notice boards in the villages or in local social networks at the location of the land plot. The estimated period for payment in grain is September — October, and in sugar — March — June.

To receive rent payment in monetary form, you need to contact our specialists at the department and provide:

• bank details (for transfer to a card);
• postal address (for a postal order).

Yes, rent payment to a third party is possible, but only with a properly executed power of attorney.
