Head of Grain Elevator

ZAHIDNYI BUH is a leading agricultural company specializing in the cultivation, storage, and sale of grain, industrial, and fodder crops. We are looking for a Head of Grain Elevator.

• Higher education (agronomy/economics/engineering field). 
• Similar work experience of 5+ years. 
• Confident PC user (1C, MS Office). 
• Knowledge of agricultural production technology. 
• Result orientation. 
• Communication and leadership qualities. 
   

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the elevator. 
• Coordination and control of processes for timely and high-quality execution of grain acceptance and storage operations. 
• Ensuring proper operation of equipment and other fixed assets at the elevator. Implementing measures to increase labor productivity and production profitability. 
• Monitoring compliance of employees with labor discipline, occupational health and safety rules and standards. 
• Maintaining record-keeping documentation in accordance with internal regulations and regulatory requirements.
