Boiler & GEH (Gas Engine House) Operations Specialist

ZAHIDNYI BUH is a leading agricultural company specializing in the cultivation, storage, and sale of grain, industrial, and fodder crops. We are currently seeking a skilled Boiler & GEH Operations Specialist to join our team.

• Boiler Operations: Start-up, shutdown, and operation of KP 2.0 Kriger and E-10 boilers.
• Monitoring: Control of technological parameters, including pressure, temperature, water levels, and burner performance.
• Combustion Control: Adjusting the combustion process and managing fuel and air supply.
• Water Treatment: Maintaining water treatment systems and performing filter regeneration.
• Chemical Analysis: Conducting chemical water quality control and reagent dosing.
• GEH Monitoring: Controlling gas engine house parameters (oil pressure, temperature, RPM, gas pressure).
• Generator Oversight: Monitoring electrical parameters (voltage, frequency, power, and grid synchronization).
• Maintenance: Performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Emergency Response: Promptly reacting to emergency situations to ensure safe equipment operation.
• Documentation: Maintaining shift logs and tracking gas, water, and electricity consumption.

• Experience: Practical experience with boiler equipment (industrial facility experience is a major plus).
• Certifications: Electrical safety group IV or higher.
• Special Permits: Authorized to work with hazardous gas equipment (Gas Control Points/GCP).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of boiler operations, heating systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technological drawings.
• Personal Qualities: Responsible attitude, high attention to detail, and strict adherence to industrial discipline and safety protocols.
