Production Unit Manager

ZAHIDNYI BUH is a leading agricultural company specializing in the cultivation, storage, and sale of grain, industrial, and fodder crops. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Unit Manager to join our leadership team.

• Education: Higher education (Agronomy, Economics, or Engineering).
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar position within the agricultural production sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient PC user (1C, MS Office).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural production technologies and organizational processes.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety, sanitation, and fire safety requirements.
• Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, highly responsible, and disciplined.

• Operational Management: Ensure high-quality, timely execution of production targets and seamless operation of all unit structures.
• Team Leadership: Manage personnel and oversee all production and business activities within the unit.
• Resource Optimization: Organize the rational use of materials, machinery, equipment, and fuel/lubricants.
• Planning & Control: Plan production activities and monitor the execution of production plans and technological processes.
• Compliance: Ensure staff adherence to labor discipline, occupational health and safety standards, industrial sanitation, and fire protection regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain records and prepare established production activity reports.
• Process Improvement: Participate in developing and implementing measures to increase labor productivity and production efficiency.
• Facility Management: Ensure the proper technical condition of equipment, machinery, and production premises.
• Employee Relations: Address social issues of unit employees within the scope of authority.
