Fleet Operations Engineer (Agricultural Machinery)

ZAHIDNYI BUH is a leading agricultural company specializing in the cultivation, storage, and sale of grain, industrial, and fodder crops. We are seeking a highly qualified Fleet Operations Engineer to manage and maintain our modern agricultural machinery fleet.

• Education: Higher education (preferably in Engineering or Technology).
• Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within the agricultural sector.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the construction and operating principles of tractors, combines, tillage, and seeding machinery.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols and occupational health regulations.
• Software Skills: Proficient PC user (Excel, Word, 1C).
• Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills and a highly responsible attitude toward work.

• Fleet Management: Ensure the proper and efficient operation of the tractor and machinery fleet.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Guarantee timely, high-quality technical maintenance and repair work.
• Cost Management: Analyze, plan, and control expenditures related to repairs and technical services.
• Performance Optimization: Implement measures to improve machinery operations, enhance repair quality, and increase the technical readiness of equipment.
• Records & Monitoring: Maintain operating hour records (tachometers/workload) and monitor the technical condition of all machines.
• Deadline Control: Ensure repair works are completed within set deadlines and in accordance with technical standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and equipment operating rules.
